Norfolk delaying rescue if no app is installed

I called Norfolk control room a while back to report munitions found,all I was asked for was W3W despite giving a very accurate GPS Lat/Long & an alternative OS grid! She transferred me because she didn’t understand Lat/Long or OS grid system 😮
