It is our opinion that What3Words is a proprietary product which is unsuitable for use by emergency services.
As per Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy 4c(iii), we are making a legitimate non-commercial or fair use of the domain name, without intent for commercial gain to misleadingly divert consumers or to tarnish the trademark or service mark at issue.
